Dynamic Home Repair
In 2019, our founder was working closely with a trusted RV dealer client when an unexpected request sparked an idea that would shape the future of our business:
“Could you provide a lifetime warranty on a manufactured home we have listed for sale?”
At the time, it seemed like a reasonable question — but as we began researching the manufactured housing industry, we quickly discovered something surprising: there were very few dedicated warranty companies serving manufactured homes.
That realization became the catalyst for what would become Dynamic Home Repair.
We saw an industry that was growing, evolving, and serving thousands of homeowners — yet still lacked the warranty products, service infrastructure, and customer support that other housing sectors take for granted. Manufacturers and dealers were being asked to manage warranty claims on their own, often without the tools or partners needed to do it efficiently.
So, we built the solution.
From the beginning, our mission has been clear: to provide credible, beneficial warranty products and industry-leading service to an underserved market.

When a homeowner has a service issue during the first year, they contact their assigned CSR. That CSR coordinates everything: contacting the manufacturer, scheduling contractors, and managing the repair process. The dealership stays in the loop without having to manage the work.
Yes. Dealerships who utilize Dynamic Service are assigned to a dedicated CSR. Your homeowners and your team always talk to the same person.
When a dealership signs up for the Lifetime Warranty, no other dealership within 50 miles can offer the same program. It's exclusive to your territory.
Five essential home components: major appliances (whatever comes with the home), hot water heater, HVAC system, interior plumbing, and interior electrical.
