First Year Inspection
Schedule Your First-Year Home Inspection
Your home's first year is covered by the manufacturer warranty. A first-year inspection helps catch any issues before that coverage ends, so nothing falls through the cracks.
What Is the First-Year Inspection?
During the first year after purchasing your manufactured home, you're covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Before your warranty expires, you are required to complete the first‑year inspection to identify any issues that need to be addressed while you’re still covered under the manufacturer warranty.
This inspection is your chance to make sure everything in your home is working the way it should, and to flag anything that needs attention before your manufacturer warranty ends and your Lifetime Warranty begins.

Why It Matters
Catch issues early
Small problems found now can be resolved under the manufacturer warranty at no cost to you.
Smooth transition
Your Lifetime Warranty picks up after the first year. A clean inspection ensures you start that coverage on solid footing.
Your CSR can help
If any issues are found, your CSR will coordinate with the manufacturer and contractors to get them resolved.
